voize is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Hospital in Germany to own the technical relationship with a portfolio of hospital customers. You will understand HIS/KIS systems, deployments, and stakeholders, guiding go-live, releases, and renewals to ensure reliable voize operation.

You will manage technical reviews, align on rollout plans, and communicate across clinical, IT, and executive audiences. This is a hybrid role based in Germany with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation in B2B SaaS or health tech.
• Strong ability to discuss interfaces, deployments, and rollouts with diverse stakeholders including hospital leadership.
• Excellent communication across technical, clinical, and executive audiences; structured, data-driven approach.

Your Mission: Be the technical partner our hospital customers trust

As Technical Account Manager - Hospital, you will own the technical relationship with a portfolio of our strategic hospital customers. You will understand their systems, infrastructure, integrations, and stakeholders, and support them from go-live through releases and renewals; ensuring voize runs reliably across wards, sites, and clinical workflows. Your success will be measured by trust, retention, and long-term customer outcomes.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of hospitals and hospital groups, building a deep understanding of their HIS/KIS setup, infrastructure, clinical workflows, open topics, and key stakeholders
• Maintain a technical account plan for every customer, covering integrations, deployment architecture, security requirements, planned changes, open risks, and upcoming rollout waves
• Lead release pre-briefings and technical reviews, helping customers assess the impact of changes across systems before they affect clinical operations
• Stay close to every issue across your accounts: Technical Support manages the queue, while you manage the relationship and provide the technical and organizational context needed to accelerate resolution
• Identify recurring themes across hospital customers and turn them into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering, improving reliability, integrations, and rollout readiness

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech, or hospital IT
• Hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, logs, networks, identity and access management, and device or MDM setups; familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR is a plus
• Great communication skills across technical, clinical, and executive audiences, from discussing an interface with hospital IT to aligning on a rollout with nursing leadership or senior management
• A structured, calm approach to managing complex organizations, multiple sites, and open topics simultaneously, supported by data that demonstrates progress and impact
• Professional German and comfortable English, based in Germany, and willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites when a rollout or escalation requires on-site support; experience with hospital information systems is a plus
