AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to advise and guide customer cloud journeys across Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Serverless and more. You will partner with developers up to C‑Suite, lead workshops, review architectures, and help maximize AWS adoption while controlling costs.
Ideal candidates bring hands‑on cloud experience, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to translate technical details into strategic value.
At AWS Enterprise Support we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers’ creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies, including Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data / Analytics, Application-level services, Networking, Serverless, GenAI and more. The TAM works with customers as trusted advisor and has a direct impact in how they gain the most value of cloud technology and the use of AWS services that support their business goals. As we continue to rapidly expand in EMEA and Germany you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, operational and leadership skills. You’ll work with talented cloud technologists whilst expanding your knowledge of AWS products. You’ll also have the chance to receive mentor-ship and gain AWS certifications for global & regional impact. As such, the TAM is the centrepiece of value to our Enterprise Support customers.
