What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide subject matter expertise in configuring SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management software
  • Conduct Discovery Calls with customers to gather requirements for Work Orders
  • Execute Work Orders, including implementations, migrations, and upgrades of SOTI software
  • Deliver remote and on-site training sessions on SOTI software
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for Enterprise Support customers, advocating for customer success and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5–10 years of experience in advanced technical roles, with direct customer engagement in post-sales or professional services
  • Strong understanding of mobility and emerging mobile technologies, including Android, Apple, and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Hands‑on experience with MS SQL and solid understanding of networking concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience delivering training (remote and in‑person) on technical software solutions
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
