A fintech startup in Berlin is seeking a motivated recruiter to join their team. You will be responsible for building high-volume pipelines and sourcing top talent across various platforms. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus. You should have a strong obsession with finding elite candidates and the persistence to engage them effectively.
