What you can expect

You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of supplier country managers. The team has a ‘getting things done’ mentality and is responsible for several service countries. You will lead your team with empathy, providing constructive and appreciative feedback. You will continue to lead the way even in challenging times.

Together with the team, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Independent acquisition of fuel and vehicle service suppliers.
  • Establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships, including contract negotiations and optimisation of existing framework conditions.
  • Comprehensive relationship management and networking with the aim of identifying business opportunities in the mobility sector.
  • Our partners are well‑known energy companies such as JET, AVIA, Shell, Oil! HEM and vehicle service providers such as Mr. Wash, ImoWash, Bosch Car Service and TRAVIS.
  • Development of country strategies and deriving goals and measures from them.
  • Identification and commercialisation of new business opportunities (e.g. app parking, mobility services).
  • Active participation in shaping innovations in the mobility sector.
  • (Partial) management and coordination of cross‑divisional projects.
  • Introduction of mobile payment, DKV chip cards and other innovative technologies.
  • Monitoring of target volume agreements, special regulations and incentives.
  • Cross‑departmental coordination for the implementation of sales promotion measures and gross profit optimisation.
  • Driving the area of responsibility forward independently.

  • You have a university degree and several years of professional experience, including initial management experience.

  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • You are willing to travel.
