Overview

Team Leader Logistics (m/w/d) at Picnic in Mülheim an der Ruhr, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. You coach, motivate and support a team of Shoppers to ensure smooth warehouse operations and daily targets in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

As a Team Leader Logistics, you are the heart of daily operations. You coach, motivate and support your team to deliver consistent results, while collaborating closely with other team leads and the shift supervisor to achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire daily a team of 20+ Shoppers. You are their primary contact, always listening and supporting their development.
• Work with other team leads and the shift supervisor to proactively manage FC processes and contribute to a positive, supportive work atmosphere.
• Ensure all purchases leave the FC on time, safely and in best quality. Be a steady presence during stressful moments and convey calm to the team.
• Bring ideas for continuous logistics process optimization and encourage the team to participate and share ideas.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, catering or similar, or at least 1 year of leadership experience in logistics.
• Fluent German; good English to communicate within our international team.
• Willingness to work in a full-time role, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
• Enjoy working with people and be willing to pitch in and help.
• Resilient with a clear head in challenging moments and able to transfer that calm to the team.
