• Experience leading complex technical or cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities in fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with engineering, software, AI, or robotics teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics without hands-on development.
• Experience in robotics, AI, automation or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Translate technical objectives into clear, actionable project plans and aligned business goals.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap and strategic direction of teleoperation and AI-driven robotics solutions.

• Help shape and execute hiring strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent across robotics, AI, and engineering functions

• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and overall project execution standards

• Lead and coordinate teleoperation programs for humanoid and dual‑arm robots from early concept through deployment

• Own planning and execution across timelines, priorities, resources, and multiple cross‑functional teams

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams

• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth project delivery

• Translate technical objectives into clear, actionable project plans and aligned business goals
