ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG is seeking a Teamlead App Engineer for Discovery & Consideration in Hamburg. You will build and maintain our Flutter-based mobile app for iOS and Android, driving architecture, standards, and cross-team collaboration with PMs, designers, testers and backend colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of programming experience, deep Dart/Flutter expertise, and strong leadership. You will push performance improvements and adopt new technologies to raise product quality.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app development.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or similar is a plus; skills valued over formal education.
• Expert Dart and Flutter knowledge; CI/CD and testing experience; performance profiling.

• Build and maintain our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter

• Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes that improve developer productivity and product quality
• Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack

• You have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skill
• You have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter. You're experienced with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests. You also have a strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling
• You have strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills. You are a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

• Mobile native experience (iOS and/or Android) or mobile automated testing
• Experience with gRPC, Firebase, and monitoring tools like Sentry or DataDog
• Figma knowledge and open-source experience
