Zusammenfassung

Veeam Software is seeking a Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365 to drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers. You’ll collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements, estimate scope, and maintain a high-performing, learning-focused culture.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, code reviews, and technical decisions while aligning with stakeholders and planning regular ceremonies. This role offers hybrid work in Germany and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.

About the Role

As the Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365, you’ll drive backend feature delivery and lead a team of engineers through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
