Zusammenfassung

OHB Digital Connect GmbH in Bremen sucht eine Team Leader Software Development (m/f/d) zur operativen Projektbeteiligung, fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in einem relevanten Fachgebiet.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Raumfahrt, insbesondere Satellitenfertigung.
• Starke soziale und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Kommunikation, Kollaboration, analytisches Denken, Kreativität, Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen.

Aufgaben

• Operatives Engagement in Projekten und Unterstützung der Projektteams bei Angebotserstellungen.
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Anleitung und Entwicklung des Teams gemäß Gesetzen und internen Richtlinien.
• Regelmäßige Bewertung der Teamleistung hinsichtlich Zeitplänen, Budget, Qualität und Effektivität; Einleitung und Monitoring von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Analyse des Personalbedarfs, Kapazitätsplanung, Abstimmung mit Projekt- und Abteilungsleitung.
• Initiierung von Rekrutierungsprozessen und onboarding neuer Teammitglieder in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungslead und HR.
• Planung und Koordination der Teamressourcen basierend auf Kompetenzen und Projektanforderungen.
• Bereitstellung fachlicher Guidance, Wissensvermittlung und Konfliktlösung.
• Unterstützung von Prozess- und Tool-Verbesserungen in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und Markt-/Technologietrends.

Team Leader Software Development (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operational involvement in projects as well as supporting project teams during proposal preparation
• Professional and disciplinary leadership, guidance, and development of the team in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Regular evaluation of team performance regarding timelines, budget, quality, and effectiveness, including initiating and monitoring corrective measures
• Analysis of short to mid term workforce needs, contribution to capacity planning, and coordination with project and department leadership
• Initiation of recruitment processes and ensuring a structured onboarding experience for new team members in collaboration with the department lead and HR
• Planning and coordinating team resource allocation based on competencies, project requirements, and employee motivation, while fostering development and skill building
• Providing expert guidance to team members on complex issues, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and facilitating conflict resolution
• Driving the introduction and optimization of processes and tools, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and monitoring market and technology trends to derive relevant actions

Your Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant discipline
• Ideally with solid experience in the space industry, especially in satellite manufacturing
• Strong social and interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, high collaboration readiness, analytical thinking, creativity, empathy, assertiveness, and a well organized, solution oriented working style
• High personal integrity, objectivity, persuasiveness, and the ability to effectively transfer technical knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team leadership, employee motivation, talent development, confident decision making, and effective delegation
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong helicopter view, high results and cost orientation, and a solid understanding of products, technologies, and emerging trends in the field
