Galaxus Deutschland GmbH seeks a logistics leader to own and drive the operations team on site in Neuenbürg. You will balance capacity planning with process improvement, building a trusted team that grows together and challenges the status quo.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and fluent English with French or German at the same level. You will analyse data to optimise supply chain and ensure courteous, safe operations for all staff.

We're looking for a logistics leader who keeps a warehouse floor running like clockwork, and genuinely enjoys it. Reporting directly to our site lead, you'll own a full operations team, balancing capacity planning and process improvement with the harder work of building a team that trusts you and grows. You question "we've always done it this way" on principle, read data for fun, and never forget that every process change lands on real people.

Your responsibilities:

• Team leadership: Lead and inspire your operations team day-to-day – set clear priorities, create structure and build an environment where people genuinely thrive
• Capacity planning: Plan short- and mid-term capacities to meet demand, keeping operations running smoothly even when things get hectic
• Logistics optimization: Keep poking, prodding and rethinking supply chain processes to boost efficiency, cut costs and make customers happier. If something's always been done a certain way, that's not a reason to keep doing it. Challenge it, and build something better
• Team development: Recruit, train and grow a logistics and supply chain team that's genuinely great to work with and great at what it does. Coach, mentor and back your people so excellence becomes the norm, not the exception
• Safety and wellbeing: Keep the floor safe and your people genuinely happy, every single day
• At least 5 years of real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e-commerce or retail
• A degree in logistics, supply chain management is a plus
• Great communication skills in English (B2), and either French or German at the same level
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• Data is your friend! You know how to analyse it and use technical tools to optimise logistics processes
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
