Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for aTeam Leader Supervision (m/f/d) to a team of Supervisors involved in new turbine installations. The main task of the position is the technical and disciplinary management of our supervisors and the assurance of the applicable regulations on the construction sites. The position is preferable to be filled in Hamburg, Rostock, Leipzig, or Oberhausen and requires regular on-site presence on the construction sites.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Technical, operational, and disciplinary leadership over supervisors
  • Conducting professional- and personal development discussions and enabling coaching and further development
  • Ensuring that the construction sites are managed in accordance with the applicable HSE guidelines
  • Ensuring that company processes and quality standards are implemented on all construction sites
  • Close cooperation and agreement with higher management, as well as joint establishment of short- and longer-term targets for the department
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve a highly aligned, motivated, and engaged team
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders enabling better performance and increased efficiency
  • Forecasting and detailed planning of internal and external resources for optimumproduction outputs
  • Development and implementation of various execution-based processes and procedures

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have experience in leading a team, preferably within the renewable energy sector
  • Formal qualifications in business or engineering from an accredited institution
  • You are an ambassador of Health, Safety and the Environment who can develop and direct a team
  • Confident Microsoft Office user
  • Good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken – minimum CEFR level of B2
  • Distance management, planning and coordinating experience
  • You are open-minded and bring a cheerful outlook to your team based on integrity and respect and can act in an initiative-taking manner
  • You thrive when working with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
  • You are flexible, but structured and can work independently
  • Ability to thrive in an innovative, agile, and busy environment
  • You should have great mindfulness and development-oriented mind-set
  • You are result-orientated and an effective problem solver, while calm and determined under pressure

The role requires a high willingness to travel (approx. 50%) within Germany, Netherlands, and Austria. In exceptional cases travel within the wider EU can be expected.
