Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software developers across multiple locations.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate software development activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Promote an agile, collaborative, and innovative work culture in a hybrid setup.
• Oversee backend processes and full-stack web application development using Angular, Java/Eclipse, .NET solutions.
• Establish and improve development best practices, architecture, and technical standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders, ensure project alignment, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Manage budgets and plan development resources across projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer applying OOA/OOD solution patterns.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile Methodology.
• Strong technical expertise in Java and / or .NET.
• Familiarity with C++ is an option and appreciated.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, collaboration, inspiration and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in German is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, managing distributed teams effectively.
