A growing technology company in Berlin is seeking a Team Lead for Sales Development to manage and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will be responsible for training staff, driving performance to achieve quotas, and implementing demo strategies. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of sales leadership experience, is fluent in English, and has a proven record of success. As the Team Lead, Sales Development you will act as player and coach to a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR), whose goal is to generate demos to provide opportunities for the Account Executives. The Team Lead, Sales Development will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure success for the Sales Development Representatives. As their lead you will help to train, coach, and manage the growing English speaking SDR team and support the reps as individuals, and contributors to our success. Leading by example you will overachieve against your activity metrics and assigned quota, while coaching team members through call reviews, product knowledge and sales tactics.
