Qualifikationen

  • Praktische Ausbildung im Facility Management, als Werkstattleiter oder Gebäudetechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im technischen Facility Management, idealerweise in einer Produktions- oder Industrieumgebung.
  • Fähigkeit zu strategischer Planung und Projektmanagement.

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Infrastruktur des Unternehmens.
  • Planung und Verwaltung von Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Buildings & technology under control: You take responsibility for our entire infrastructure - heating, ventilation, electricity, IT, building automation and more.
  • Coordination & maintenance: You plan and manage maintenance and repair measures - with foresight and a pragmatic approach.
  • Leadership & collaboration: You lead the facility team in day-to-day business and ensure that processes work and that everyone knows what is important.
  • Projects & further development: Whether conversions, new locations or infrastructure projects - you implement them and contribute your own ideas.
  • Interface & contact person: You are the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams and authorities - professional and solution-oriented.
  • Safety & regulations: You ensure that legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection are reliably adhered to.
  • Keeping an eye on the figures: You plan budgets, control costs and document everything transparently for management.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Technical know-how: You have practical training (e.g. in facility management, workshop manager, building technician or a comparable qualification).
  • Practical experience: You contribute your experience in technical facility management - ideally from a production or industrial environment
  • Hands-on mentality: You like to get stuck in and at the same time enjoy strategic planning and project management.
  • Safety awareness with pragmatism: Occupational safety is important to you and you find smart, practicable solutions for this.
  • Motivation & drive: You don't just want to maintain, you want to improve - creativity and assertiveness are required!
  • Languages: You have an excellent command of German and English
