Description

We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage our Key Customer team and provide professional support to our major clients. Youre the right person for the job if you bring solid experience in management system certification and working with international key accounts. Moreover if you think strategically strive for operational excellence and enjoy developing a team you are the perfect fit for us.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 45 employees in Key Customer Management
• Manage major clients from proposal through audit planning to certificate issuance
• Direct and coordinate complex certification projects for international customers
• Ensure excellent customer service and continuous process improvement
• Prepare analyses and reports on team performance and goal achievement
• Collaborate closely with Sales and actively participate in client meetings

You will lead and develop a skilled team in Key Customer Management ensuring that both internal and external clients receive outstanding service and top quality. At the same time you will drive continuous improvements prepare regular analyses take on selected projects and work closely with Sales. With clear communication initiative and decisiveness you will solve complex issues together with your team and clients.
