Still Sverige Ab, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is expanding its GenAI Platform team. You will own the KION GenAI Platform and related APIs and lead a global team of AI engineers.

The role focuses on strategic roadmap development, scalable and secure operations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise AI use cases.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading GenAI/AI projects in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of ML models, LLMs, vector databases and RAG methods.
• Experience in IT governance, product management or AI ownership.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle, governance and enterprise software processes.

• Ensure scalable, secure, cost-efficient service operations using cloud-native services.
• Lead delivery of GenAI use cases from requirements to implementation and operation.
• Maintain reliable platform operations, monitor performance and SLA compliance.
• Drive DevOps/LLMOps/AgentOps improvements across development and deployment.
• Ensure secure operation of GenAI services (access control, logging, monitoring).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement global AI use cases.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the KION GenAI Platform and its strategic roadmap, including budget planning.
• Ensure a scalable, secure and cost‑efficient service operation using cloud‑native services.
• Lead delivery of GenAI use cases from requirements gathering and service provisioning to implementation support and operation.
• Ensure reliable platform operations, monitor performance and maintain Service Level Agreement compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of development, deployment and monitoring processes (DevOps / LLMOps / AgentOps).
• Ensure secure operation of GenAI services (access control, logging, monitoring and incident management).
• Implement and support global KION AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and support the professional development of the global team of AI Engineers and platform experts.

What we are looking for:

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering
• Proven experience (7+ years) in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related architecture/technology projects, preferably within a large enterprise environment
• Profound understanding of current AI technologies (ML models, LLMs, vector databases, RAG methods, modern frameworks)
• Experience in IT governance, product management, or AI-related application ownership
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI lifecycle, enterprise software processes, and governance best practices
• Knowledge about AI project management, delivery, or technological evaluation as well as agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience in creating solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Structured, independent, and analytical way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
• Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
• Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus.
