Hitachi Energy is seeking a Team Lead Gas Services in Germany to manage the Gas Service portfolio and lead a growing team focused on gas handling, gas blending, gas regeneration, and gas tools. You will own delivery targets and drive growth, quality, and HSE compliance in a dynamic market.

Aufgaben

• Drives, implements, reports and monitors performance targets.
• Runs the day-to-day Gas Service business to ensure growth, and improvement on productivity.
• Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality.
• Drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Driving and implementing the PGSV Gas Services strategy, in line with global and regional initiatives.
• Promote synergies and develop efficient delivery processes within responsible area.
• Ensuring excellence in managing the Gas Services operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and implement the needed Training Programs
• Promote sharing of best practice.
• Support and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Problem-solving initiatives when required
• Drives Service Safety and enforces a Service safety culture
• Make sure all relevant actions are implemented to significantly reduce or eliminate HSE
• Execute HSE operational plan and ensure full compliance with Hitachi Energy’s HSE and legal requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring the implementation of company programs and Service’s operational risk management.
• Staffing Gas Services Team appropriately to ensure delivery.
• Ensuresthat the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates. Improves service availability, provides training and develops capabilities and competencies.
