Your Tasks
  • You lead, mentor, and develop our Controlling team (2‑3 FTEs), fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • You oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasting activities to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • You partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics teams to support data‑driven decision‑making and actively contribute to performance management across the business.
  • You take ownership of working capital management including liquidity management, inventory management, AP / AR reporting and devise process to improve working capital needs.
  • You co‑manage the month‑end close process with accounting and coordinate with them to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • You analyze and monitor key financial KPIs, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive performance and growth.
  • You own and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards, with a focus on automation, data quality, and scalability.
  • You ensure the effective use and continuous development of our ERP system (Oracle Fusion) and related finance tools.
  • You prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and board‑level presentations to support strategic decisions and investor communications.
  • You co‑manage with SVP Finance treasury topics and external relationships such as banks, insurance providers and factoring providers.
Your Profile
  • You have a university degree in business, economics, finance, or a comparable field.
  • You bring 8+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in a dynamic, high‑growth or e‑commerce or retail environment and at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
  • You possess strong knowledge in financial planning, controlling and cash management.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; hands‑on experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle Fusion) is a strong plus.
  • You think analytically, act pragmatically, and constantly seek to improve processes through automation and smart tooling.
  • You are confident working cross‑functionally and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • You speak and write English fluently; German is a plus.
