Team Lead Demand Planning & Forecast Management

Are you passionate about building efficient supply chain processes, driven by data, and excited to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

In this leadership role, you’ll take full end-to-end ownership of demand and production planning and become a key driver of international growth. You’ll lead a skilled Planning & Ordering team and work closely with Sales, Procurement, Product Development, and Production to ensure the supply chain becomes smarter and more scalable every day.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and empower a cross-functional Planning & Ordering team
• Own accurate forecasting, demand planning, and production planning
• Continuously enhance planning tools & processes (SAP Business One, Streamline)
• Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Finance & Product Development for precise alignment
• Monitor production progress, stock levels & potential bottlenecks
• Optimise the supply chain through data-driven improvements and efficiency projects
• Drive scenario analyses, business cases, and strategic planning initiatives
• Manage supplier relations and support global sourcing strategy
• Take on extended leadership responsibilities as deputy for the Head of Forecast / Demand Planning / Ordering

What you bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain (FMCG / Food / E-Com / Pharma a plus)
• Strong ERP & planning tool expertise (e.g., SAP Business One, Streamline) + excellent Excel skills
• Initial leadership or team coordination experience
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Passion for process optimisation, data, and KPIs
• Very good English skills
