Tasks

What you’ll be doing

Your work will directly influence JOIN’s commercial success and customer satisfaction. Here’s what that looks like :

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Define and implement scalable processes that drive customer satisfaction, retention and account growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client challenges and high‑value opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Use CRM data to analyse performance, forecast results and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning within your team.
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands‑on support to help customers unlock the full value of JOIN’s platform.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll report directly to Sales Leadership and collaborate cross‑functionally with teams in Product, Marketing and Revenue Operations. You’ll also engage with senior stakeholders across our strategic client base helping them achieve lasting success with JOIN.

Your team of Account Managers will look to you for guidance, coaching and inspiration – while you’ll be supported in developing your leadership and strategic decision‑making skills further.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and business growth through strategic account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you thrive on helping others succeed.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with experience using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).
  • Proactive, empathetic and structured leadership style that balances autonomy with accountability.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Bonus points for :
  • Experience in HR Tech or recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven performance management and customer health metrics.
  • Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish or French).
