A leading global investment banking firm in Frankfurt is seeking a VAT Associate to join its EMEA VAT team. A team of professionals based in Frankfurt, London, and The Hague serves the firm's European tax requirements. This team comprises tax consultants, accountants and lawyers and is responsible for all aspects of the firm's tax affairs, including structuring, managing and overseeing compliance, tax planning and advice in relation to remuneration and employee tax matters.
The Tax Department wishes to expand its footprint in Frankfurt and is seeking a VAT Associate, as part of the EMEA VAT team, to provide advice to the various businesses and manage the VAT compliance process. The role will primarily cover Germany VAT issues but will also require input into other EMEA territories.
