You should have at least 2 years of international or mobility tax experience, be fluent in German and English, and enjoy advising international clients while shaping the future of global mobility within a worldwide network of 6,500+ experts.

• Preparation and review of tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Providing tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties.
• Analyzing compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities.
• Advising employees on international tax obligations and tax equalization policies.
• Proactive communication with clients, with regular updates and high service quality.
• Supporting the financial management of engagements (e.g. invoicing).
• Identifying optimization opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base.
