Vialto in Germany is seeking a Senior Associate – Global Mobility Tax to support clients across Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich. You will prepare and review tax returns for globally mobile employees and provide structured tax advice on assignments and double tax treaties.

You bring at least 2 years of international tax or mobility tax experience, are fluent in German and English, and excel at client-focused, analytical work while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in International Tax / Global Mobility.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong client orientation and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and review of tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Providing tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties.
• Analyzing compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities.
• Advising employees on international tax obligations and tax equalization policies.
• Proactive communication with clients, regular updates, and ensuring high service quality.
• Supporting the financial management of engagements (e.g. invoicing).
• Identifying optimization opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base.
