Lidrotec GmbH in Bochum sucht eine qualifizierte Buchhalterin bzw. Buchhalter zur eigenständigen Abwicklung der laufenden Finanzbuchführung, Kontoabstimmung und Vorbereitung von Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüssen.

Sie bearbeiten Debitoren/Kreditoren, Zahlungsverkehr, Rechnungsprüfung, Controlling-Berichte und arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern, Auditoren sowie anderen Abteilungen zusammen; DATEV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Finanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Rechnungswesen.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; idealerweise DATEV.
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Zahlenaffinität und analytische Fähigkeiten.
• Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsabilités

• Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchführung.
• Buchung von Geschäftsvällen und Kontenabstimmung.
• Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
• Bearbeitung von Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen.
• Abstimmung von Posten im Hauptbuch und Konten.
• Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Prüfungen.
• Bereitstellung von Berichten und Analysen.

Your mission

• Independently handling day-to-day financial accounting
• Account assignment and posting of business transactions
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing and monitoring payment transactions
• Reconciling and maintaining general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts
• Processing and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparing and carrying out monthly and year-end closing tasks
• Preparing advance sales tax returns
• Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Preparing documents for tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies
• Reviewing and clarifying tax and accounting issues
• Monitoring open items and managing the dunning process
• Preparation of reports and business analyses
• Communication with clients, customers, suppliers, and government agencies
• Assistance with business audits and tax audits
• Maintenance and management of accounting records as well as digital document management

Your profile

• Completed training as a tax clerk, financial accountant, or a comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting
• Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, DATEV
• A structured, meticulous, and independent work style
• A knack for numbers and strong analytical skills
• Reliability, discretion, and a sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
