Zusammenfassung

Henkel is seeking an experienced Talent Management specialist to join our global HR team in Germany. You will shape strategy, drive data quality, and manage migrations in Workday Talent modules across regions.

The role requires a strong governance mindset, stakeholder leadership, and fluent English communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure, scalable HR solutions worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in CS, info security, or related field.
• 5+ years in large-scale HCM implementations with data cleansing, mapping, migration and validation.
• Strong governance of Core HR data and lifecycle across countries.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to resolve security challenges.
• Fluent English.

• Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks

• Bachelor/Master degree in in computer science, information security, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation
• Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges
• Problem-Solver & Communicator
• Fluent English skills
