Zusammenfassung

Henkel seeks a seasoned M&A professional to identify acquisition opportunities aligned with the Consumer Brands strategy and to lead end-to-end deal processes. You will prepare investment theses, coordinate cross-functional due diligence, and develop comprehensive transaction documents for both acquisitions and divestments.

The role requires a Master’s degree and about 5 years of relevant experience, with strong English language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business administration or similar.
• Ideally 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Portfolio / M&A Strategy of Henkel Consumer Brands.
• Prepare deep dives, investment thesis, and recommendations to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant business and corporate functions across Henkel.
• Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis as well as all necessary committee or board approval documents for divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials, and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum.
• Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and legal teams.
• Ensure that an integration plan is designed and smooth hand-over to dedicated PMI lead.
• Conduct strategic analysis, industry research, and competitor analysis to help evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
• Act as sparring partner for regions & category management on M&A matters
