Pandektes is building a leading global platform for legal research and AI-powered databases. We seek a proactive recruiter who loves finding, engaging, and hiring outstanding talent to shape our team from an early stage.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, craft a compelling candidate experience, and continuously improve our hiring practices. Join an ambitious, international team and help accelerate Pandektes’ growth across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience building and improving hiring processes and playbooks.
• Experience sourcing via outbound channels, referrals and networks.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
• Experience with Ashby or another modern ATS.

• Own full cycle recruitment—from partnering with hiring managers to define needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Help build and continually improve our hiring playbook and approach.
• Proactively find exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, communities, and creative channels.
• Create a candidate experience that reflects Pandektes’ ambition, energy and culture.
• As we grow, take ownership of additional areas within People & Talent.

What you'll do

• Own full cycle recruitment - from partnering with hiring managers and defining what great looks like, to sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing feedback, making offers, and closing exceptional candidates
• Help build and continuously improve our hiring playbook, including how we attract, assess, and hire high-performing people
• Proactively find exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, communities, networks, and creative channels
• Create a candidate experience that people remember and that reflects the ambition, energy, and culture of Pandektes
• As we grow, take ownership of additional areas within People & Talent
