Talanto is building a cutting-edge team to scale a global platform for legal research. You will own full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to define success and close top talent.

You’ll improve our hiring playbook, attract candidates through outbound sourcing, and create memorable candidate experiences across an international hiring network. Our ambition is to build the leading global platform for legal research and the largest AI-powered legal database. By combining artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and continuously updated legal sources, we’re redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed, and applied.

What you’ll do

As an early member of our People & Talent team, you’ll play a central role in how we scale. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting with the opportunity to build and improve the way we approach talent.

Own full cycle recruitment - from partnering with hiring managers and defining what great looks like, to sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing feedback, making offers, and closing exceptional candidates

Help build and continuously improve our hiring playbook, including how we attract, assess, and hire high-performing people

Proactively find exceptional talent through outbound sourcing, referrals, communities, networks, and creative channels

Create a candidate experience that people remember and that reflects the ambition, energy, and culture of •••••••••

What you’ll bring
