0TO9 | Bank of Entrepreneurship in Berlin seeks a Talent Partner to own recruitment across Germany and support portfolio companies from day one. You will hunt bankers, engineers, founders, and commercial profiles while partnering with founders and hiring managers to hire quickly and thoughtfully.

You’ll also handle onboarding, contracts, payroll questions, and office operations, ensuring a great candidate experience and a strong culture in a fast-growing fintech venture builder.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years recruitment experience, in-house, agency, or executive search (fintech/tech preferred).
• Proven headhunting and sourcing skills; able to fill hard roles.
• Experience with HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll basics, German labor law.

About The Job

As Talent Partner, you'll own recruitment across 0TO9 and our portfolio companies in Germany, and be the go-to person for everything people-related once someone has signed. The clear majority of your time goes to talent acquisition: finding and closing the bankers, engineers, founders, and commercial profiles. The rest is a hands-on mix of HR, culture, and office - making sure new hires land well, the practical side runs smoothly, and 0TO9 is a place people want to join and stay. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers across the group, with short decision paths and real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for 0TO9 and our portfolio companies in Germany - role scoping, sourcing, interviews, offer, and close. Headhunting is a core part of the job; many of our best hires never applied.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, process, and market insight.
• Run onboarding for new hires in Hailey - contracts, equipment, accounts, and a first week that sets the right tone.
• Handle employment contracts, laptops and equipment, and be the first point of contact for payroll and payroll-related questions.
• Manage our office and suppliers, plan team events, and develop our employee benefits.
• Drive employer branding - how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, and in the market.

About you

You're a recruiter at heart - you enjoy the hunt, you're comfortable reaching out to people who aren't looking, and you can read both a hiring manager and a candidate. At the same time, you don't mind the operational side of people work: contracts, payroll questions, and a well-run office are part of what makes a company good to work at, and you take pride in getting them right. We'd expect you to bring:

• at least 3+ years of recruitment experience, in-house, agency, or executive search - ideally within finance, fintech, or tech.
• Proven headhunting and sourcing skills; you've filled hard roles, not just processed inbound.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, HR operations: onboarding, employment contracts, payroll processes, and the basics of German employment law.
• A structured, hands-on way of working - you keep many things moving at once without dropping the ball.
• A genuine interest in culture and employer branding.
• Fluency in German and English.
