A technology subscription company in Berlin is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process for diverse roles. The position involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies, leading end-to-end recruitment, and nurturing talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience, and proficiency in both German and English. We are looking for an enthusiastic German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week at our Berlin HQ.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Human Resources, dotted-line to the Senior Talent Partner, supporting recruitment across a variety of business and tech roles. Our recruiting team may be small, but we’re mighty - and flexible. The roles you'll work on will vary depending on business needs.
