A leading micromobility company in Berlin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative to manage recruitment for the Fleet Operations department across the DACH region. The candidate must be fluent in English and German, with several years of experience in volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The position is full-time and offers a hybrid working model, providing opportunities for professional growth and work in a sustainable environment.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function, to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include:
