Zusammenfassung

OHB SE in Bremen is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager for a satellite Phase B2/C/D project. You will lead a team of space professionals, coordinating all systems engineering activities across the lifecycle and interfacing with customers and internal subsystems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Aerospace Engineering, strong analytical thinking, fluent German and English, and more than 5 years of experience leading development teams within ECSS-based space programs.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Excellent analytical and techncial thinking.
• Fact-based decision making.
• More than 5 years experience in leading development teams.
• Familiar with the development cycle for space programmes according to ECSS.
• Excellent understanding of complex development processes.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Stakeholders to interface with: subsystem engineering teams incl. procurement, project office, project management, product assurance, AIT
