Philips is seeking a Senior System Architect to lead the development and lifecycle management of X-ray tubes, generators, and related components in Hamburg. You will translate customer needs into robust system solutions and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative imaging technology.
The role requires 5–10 years in R&D with expertise in HV X-ray design, power electronics, embedded systems, and systems architecture.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the development and lifecycle management of X-ray tubes, generators, and their subcomponents. By translating customer and business needs into robust system solutions and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will help deliver innovative, reliable imaging technologies that drive Philips' success and create value for customers.
The base salary range for this role is €118,606–€121,210. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for Short Term Incentive, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
