Responsibilities of the Systems Engineer
  • Collaborate on System Development: Work within Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to research, design, and develop safety‑critical embedded software and systems for aerospace applications.
  • Ensure Compliance: Analyze requirements, design, and code to meet industry standards, contributing to certification activities for critical control systems.
  • Define System Architecture: Support the planning, modeling, and integration of components, focusing on brake control and monitoring systems for landing gear.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation to satisfy customer and program requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Lead Integration and Testing: Perform systems verification, integration testing, and analysis to ensure robust system performance during development and certification.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Act as a focal point for hardware, software, and mechanical systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Project Execution: Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating activities within the IPT to achieve operational excellence.
