Your field of work includes
  • Operating, monitoring and servicing the hardware and software components required for the secure operation of the system
  • Ensuring the constant operational readiness of the overall system as well as implementing and carrying out necessary configuration changes at the request of the control center
  • Monitoring the system status using monitoring systems, detecting deviations, assessing the resulting restrictions and rectifying the fault (involving the system manufacturer if necessary)
  • Provision of function-related replacement systems (fallback levels) for digital radio, emergency calls or telecommunications as well as administration for virtualization environments
  • Identification and elimination of vulnerabilities in IT systems as well as investigation of security-relevant incidents and derivation of adequate measures
You bring with you
  • A successfully completed subject‑specific Bachelor's degree in the field of information and communication technology
  • A successfully completed 3‑year vocational training in an IT environment (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician or electronics technician for information and systems technology) and several years of professional experience in the field of information and communication technology
