Zusammenfassung

FERCHAU seeks a System Engineer (m/f/d) to translate customer needs into system requirements and drive MBSE in aerospace projects. You will ensure traceability, contribute to specification, integration, and validation, and collaborate with development and testing teams to implement and verify requirements.

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Elect Systems Engineering, and have hands-on experience with requirements engineering, MBSE, and tools like DOORS or Polarion; MATLAB/Simulink

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Hands-on experience in requirements engineering and managing complex systems.
• Familiarity with MBSE and systems engineering tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOORS, Polarion or similar tools; MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defence industries is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured working style and clear communication in German and English.

What you bring to the table

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• You have gained initial hands-on experience in requirements engineering, requirements management, or the development of complex technical systems
• You possess knowledge of Systems Engineering and ideally have first experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• You are familiar with requirements and system management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or comparable solutions; experience with MATLAB/Simulink is considered an advantage
• Ideally, you have gained first experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry, or within another complex industrial engineering environment
• You stand out through your analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong communication skills in both German and English
