Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH sucht für unseren renommierten Kunden Airbus Defence and Space einen System- und Equipment-Engineer (m/w/d) in Manching. Sie definieren und verifizieren EMC-Anforderungen, führen EMI/EMC-Analysen durch und unterstützen Tests sowie Zertifizierungen.

Sie verfügen über einen Master-Abschluss in Physik/Elektrotechnik oder RF/Kommunikationstechnik sowie mehrjährige EMC-Erfahrung. Englischkenntnisse sind fließend; Deutsch von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Master-Abschluss in Physik, Elektrotechnik, RF/Kommunikationstechnik oder Ähnliches.
• Mehrjährige EMC-Engineering-Erfahrung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von EMC/EMI-Standards (z. B. MIL-STD-461, DO-160).
• Praktische Erfahrung mit EMC-Tests und Validierung.
• Erfahrung mit EM-Simulationswerkzeugen (FEKO, CST Studio Suite, ANSYS HFSS oder ähnlich).
• Luft- und Raumfahrt- bzw. Verteidigungsindustrie-Erfahrung vorteilhaft.
• Fließendes Englisch; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• EMC-Anforderungen für Luftfahrzeugsysteme definieren und verifizieren
• EMC/EMI-Analysen durchführen (Schirmung, Erdung, Kabelführung, Bonding)
• Unterstützung bei EMC-Qualifikationstests und Testkampagnen
• Lieferantenaktivitäten und EMC-Dokumentation überprüfen
• Konstruktionsänderungen hinsichtlich EMC-Konformität bewerten
• EMC/EMI-Probleme beheben und Zertifizierungsaktivitäten unterstützen

Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a System and Equipment Engineer (m/f/d) in Manching.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Define and verify EMC requirements for aircraft systems and equipment
• Perform EMC/EMI analyses (shielding, grounding, cable routing, bonding)
• Support EMC qualification testing and test campaigns
• Review supplier activities and EMC documentation
• Evaluate design changes regarding EMC compliance
• Troubleshoot EMC/EMI issues and support certification activities

Ihr Profil:

• Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, RF/Communication Engineering, or similar
• Several years of EMC engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI standards (e.g. MIL-STD-461, DO-160)
• Hands‑on experience with EMC testing and validation
• Experience with EM simulation tools (FEKO, CST Studio Suite, ANSYS HFSS, or similar)
• Aerospace or defense industry experience is a plus
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
