Professional Profile
Experienced System Administrator (P6) with a strong background in IT Operations Management within high-security and classified environments. Proven expertise in 24/7 operations, monitoring of critical IT services, incident and change management, and maintaining SLA-compliant service availability. Adept at working in shift-based operations while ensuring stability, security, and performance of complex IT infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
IT Operations Management (Classified Environment)
- Installation, configuration, commissioning, administration, and continuous monitoring of IT and communication service infrastructures in compliance with strict security requirements.
- Operation and monitoring of services classified above VS-NfD within a 24/7 shift system.
- Partial responsibility for IT Operations Management processes in security-critical environments.
- Contribution to service-specific projects and structured knowledge transfer within operational teams.
Monitoring, Availability & Capacity Management
- Continuous monitoring of system availability, performance metrics, and threshold values for servers, clients, and IT services.
- Proactive identification of performance bottlenecks and initiation of corrective and preventive measures to ensure SLA compliance.
- Capacity and availability analysis to support stable and resilient service operations.
Incident, Request & Change Management
- Processing of Incident, Service Request, and Change Request tickets in accordance with defined service levels and operational procedures.
- Structured analysis and resolution of faults, including root cause analysis and documentation.
- Coordination of corrective actions across affected components and systems.
User Support (1st & 2nd Level)
- Handling of telephone-based user inquiries related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Support for system and client environments with a focus on efficient problem resolution and user satisfaction.
- Escalation handling and collaboration with higher support levels where required.
Professional Experience
System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist - High-Security IT Operations Environment
- Monitoring of server and client systems in a classified operational context.
- 1st and 2nd Level support with continuous operational responsibility.
- Active participation in shift-based operations (24/7).

Education & Training
- Vocational Training: IT Specialist for System Integration / IT Systems Electronics Technician
- Completed apprenticeship with final examination
Certifications
- Relevant technical and security-related certifications
- Valid at the time of offer submission; equivalent qualifications available if required

- German: C1 (CEFR)
