Your main goal as a front line Support engineer will be to help n8n scale exceptional customer support by solving everyday customer challenges and automating repetitive requests, ensuring we deliver a great experience as our customer base grows.

You'll make this happen by combining hands‑on customer support with smart automation and close collaboration across teams:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Support
  • Own and resolve helpdesk tickets for non-enterprise customers, representing approximately 65% of your time.

  • Provide clear, helpful, and timely responses that solve customer problems while gradually expanding your expertise into more technical topics.

Automate and Scale Support Operations
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, non-technical ticket categories and reduce manual support work.

  • Build and improve automations that help Team Delta handle growing ticket volumes efficiently without compromising the customer experience.

  • Continuously spot opportunities to streamline support workflows and make it easier for customers to get the answers they need.

Strengthen Product Alignment and Knowledge Sharing
  • Collaborate with Product to share recurring customer questions, highlight friction points, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create and maintain documentation that enables customers to self‑serve and helps the team resolve common issues more efficiently.

  • Participate in team meetings and cross‑functional discussions to share insights, align on priorities, and improve the support experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Support Expertise: You have 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar roles

  • n8n Experience: You have hands‑on experience building and debugging n8n workflows in production environments

  • Knowledge Sharing: You actively share knowledge and best practices with teammates, whether through team discussions, presentations, documentation, or contributions to internal playbooks and tools.

Nice-to-haves
  • Automation & AI Mindset: You have a basic understanding of AI concepts and a passion for automation, with some hands‑on experience using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Airflow to simplify tasks and improve workflows.

  • Observability: Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or Sentry

  • Authentication Protocols: Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, or JWT flows

Why join us?

At n8n, you'll do more than answer support tickets. You'll play a key role in helping us scale our customer support operations, shaping how we use automation to resolve common issues and creating a better experience for our growing customer base.
