Zusammenfassung

Airbus Operations sucht am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder eine/n Supply Chain Support (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben und Prozessverbesserungen im Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenmanagement. Die Position ist befristet bis Ende 2026 und bietet Einblicke in internationale Projekte.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Engineering/BWL/Supply Chain, bringen Erfahrung in Beschaffung mit und beherrschen Englisch und Deutsch fließend.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrial Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain/Logistik, Economics oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement und Supply Chain/Logistik.
• Kenntnisse von KVP-Prozessen.
• Gute Kenntnisse von Google Workspace.
• Erfahrung in internationalen/multikulturellen Arbeitsumgebungen.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Backlog- und operative Entlastung: das Team bei der Aufarbeitung verzögerter administrativer und koordinierender Aufgaben unterstützen.
• Beitragen zu lokalen und transnationalen Verbesserungsprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Supply-Chain-Prozesse, Tool-Updates und Best-Practice-Initiativen.
• Lieferantenleistung & KPI-Tracking: Kennzahlen erheben, strukturieren und aktuell halten.
• Beschaffungs- & CFT-Unterstützung: administrative und koordinierende Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungsprozessen.
• Datenpflege & Reporting: Tracking-Tools, Dashboards und gemeinsame Datenbanken aktuell halten.
• Stakeholder-Koordination: zentrale Kontaktstelle vor Ort und transnational für reibungslose Kommunikation.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Chain Support (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder. This position is limited until the end of 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Backlog & Operational Relief: Actively support the team in catching up on delayed administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier contracts and service delivery
• Improvement Initiatives & Project Support: Actively contribute to local and transnational business improvement projects as well as assist in the rollout of new supply chain processes, tool updates, and best-practice initiatives
• Supplier Performance & KPI Tracking: Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service definitions for FMRE suppliers (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, transport)
• Procurement & CFT Support: Provide administrative and coordination support during Call for Tender (CFT) processes, including organizing technical assessment documentation
• Data Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain and update supply chain tracking tools, dashboards, and shared databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date visibility for the team
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for local stakeholders and transnationally to facilitate smooth, daily operational communication

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
• Knowledge of KVP processes
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Experience in international/multicultural working environments
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
