Supply Chain Process & Compliance Lead (m/f/d)
In this role, you lead global process audits, ensure sourcing and supply chain compliance, and drive operational improvements across regions. You work closely with senior leadership, process owners, and cross‑functional teams to maintain standards, mitigate risks, and strengthen governance.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead global audit planning and execution by developing audit scopes, tools, questionnaires, templates, and performance dashboards
- Facilitate process validation sessions with senior management to confirm compliance and alignment with audit topics
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and non‑compliance issues across sourcing and indirect supply chain processes, recommending mitigation measures
- Manage global cross‑functional audit teams and ensure effective follow‑ups and corrective action plans
- Drive process improvements by conducting gap analyses and supporting the design and deployment of optimized processes
- Maintain sourcing and supply chain standards by reviewing, updating, and communicating governance requirements to stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare evidence-based compliance reports while supporting incident investigations
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9–12 years of experience in sourcing, indirect supply chain, auditing, or related areas
- Proven expertise in conducting process audits, managing audit programs, and working within governance frameworks
- Strong technical proficiency in SAP (ECC & S/4HANA) and advanced Excel analytics for evidence validation and reporting
- Confident stakeholder engagement, including leading large meetings and presenting to senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate globally across time zones and work with diverse process‑ownership teams
- High adaptability with strong written communication skills for audit reports, action item definition, and coordination with internal and external auditors
