Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME
- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies
- Ideally a solution expert in SAP IBP or Kinaxis
- Experience in planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM transformation projects
- Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis
- Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions aligning with client goals
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, or Life Science
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (second language such as German or French preferred)
- Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Willingness to travel
- SAP IBP or Kinaxis certification is a plus
- Familiarity with other SCM software

- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning among the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower.
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies
- Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools, especially SAP IBP or/and Kinaxis
- Software vendor background (SAP and/or Kinaxis)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Experience in Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle.
- Experience in evaluating existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
- Experience in leading the implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Ideally industry experience either in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally in a second language (e. g. German, French)
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
