Job summary

KoRo is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own P/O execution and ensure supply reliability for a portfolio of SKUs. You will manage orders, monitor deliveries, coordinate with warehousing, and align with Finance on invoices while collaborating across teams on launches and packaging optimizations.

You will work in a hybrid setup around Berlin, leveraging ERP systems and spreadsheets to keep stock optimal and on track for business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, purchasing execution, operations, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory tools to execute purchase orders and monitor stock.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive in resolving daily bottlenecks and delays.
• Structured, data-driven approach with focus on accuracy and process optimization.
• Excellent English communication; German a plus.
• Location in or around Berlin, with availability for a 6-month temporary contract.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchase Order Management: place POs, track supplier confirmations, and monitor order execution using ERP/Procuros and planning tools to prevent stockouts.
• Supplier & Delivery Tracking: follow up on delivery schedules, monitor OTIF, identify delays, and resolve bottlenecks with suppliers.
• Warehouse Delivery Coordination: align with warehouse operations on inbound shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies daily.
• Invoice & Financial Alignment: verify supplier invoices and collaborate with Accounting to clear holds.
• Supplier Compliance: enforce adherence to operational, packaging, and receiving standards in daily workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead supply chain execution for initiatives with Logistics, Product, and Procurement.

Job description

As our Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d) at KoRo, you own operational purchase order execution and supply reliability for your assigned SKU portfolio to ensure seamless inventory flow.

What you will do:

• End-to-End Purchase Order Management: You place purchase orders, track supplier confirmations, and monitor order execution using ERP, Procuros, and planning tools to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Supplier & Delivery Tracking: You continuously follow up on delivery schedules, monitor OTIF performance, identify delays early, and resolve operational bottlenecks with suppliers.
• Warehouse Delivery Coordination: You align directly with warehouse operations on inbound shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies or arrival issues on a daily basis.
• Invoice & Financial Alignment: You verify supplier invoice details and collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance to clear processing holds.
• Supplier Compliance: You enforce supplier adherence to operational, packaging, and receiving standards in daily workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You lead the supply chain execution for key initiatives, such as new product launches or packaging optimizations, alongside Logistics, Product, and Procurement.

What you bring:

• Relevant professional experience in supply chain management, purchasing execution, operations, or logistics, ideally within an e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environment
• Strong hands‑on experience working with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) to execute purchase orders and monitor inventory
• High problem‑solving capacity and operational drive to resolve daily bottlenecks, shipping delays, and warehouse receiving issues proactively
• Structured and detail‑oriented approach with a clear focus on data accuracy, process optimization, and operational compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) to act as a reliable liaison between suppliers, warehouse teams, Finance, and internal key stakeholders
• Location in or around Alzenau or Berlin, with availability for a 6-month temporary contract
