Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as development of employees within the production planning function.
• Analysis and continuous improvement of internal and external logistics processes and workflows.
• Responsibility for cross‑site material flow from procurement to delivery.
• Capacity planning based on sales forecasts, including ensuring on‑time production orders and defining corrective measures in case of deviations.
• Further development of the supply chain strategy, close coordination with internal interfaces, and creation and evaluation of KPIs, statistics, and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on logistics, or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in supply chain management.
• Very good ERP knowledge (ideally SAP R/3 and S/4HANA) as well as confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• Analytical mindset, structured and independent working style, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Very good German and English language skills, along with strong teamwork, communication, and coordination abilities.
