Zusammenfassung

Magna International Limited, within Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting, is seeking a supplier development professional. You will lead projects to improve underperforming suppliers, conduct on-site assessments and participate in supplier tech reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of PCB/PCBA, electrical components, and APQP/PPAP with strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Ability to develop suppliers to meet global OEM regulations and requirements
  • Deep knowledge in electrical and electronic components
  • Deep understanding of PCB + PCBA, electric motors, cable harnesses, etc
  • Experience in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement, and open issues management
  • Solid understanding of APQP/PPAP requirements including Process Control Plan, SPC, GD&T, DFMEA, PFMEA
  • Certified Auditor to VDA 6.3

Aufgaben

  • Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers through the Top Focus process
  • Conduct onsite assessment of potential suppliers

  • Monitor supplier performance and identify underperforming suppliers
  • Support in corrective action review for major customer events

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers through the Top Focus process

Professional Experience And Education
