Beiersdorf Group in Hamburg is seeking a SuccessFactors People Modules Consultant to support our Digital HR Transformation. You will configure, customize and maintain SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning, and PM & GM, collaborating with global stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous. The role involves partner management with 3rd party vendors, agile ways of working, and delivering end-to-end employee

Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or comparable experience.
• In depth knowledge in minimum two SuccessFactors People Modules.
• Experience & Knowledge about Employee Central with regards to Compensation.
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Experience with SaaS and proper handling of tickets with SAP.
• Experience with Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, DevOps) and project management.
• Persuasive communication and strong collaboration skills.
• Growth Mindset and autodidactic learning.

• Close IT partnering with neighbouring HR IT Teams.
• Follow the SuccessFactors roadmap and derive action items.
• Operational Excellence: Responsible for support.

• Configure, customise and maintain the Recruiting, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning and PM & GM
  Module


• Maintain time data for on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft) and additional work/overtime (Mehrarbeit)


• Lead projects or contribute as sub-project lead


• Steer & guide 3rd party implementation partners


• Business partnering and Co-Creation of processes with global Business Process Owners


• You have the User Experience at heart: Analyze employee needs End-2-End


• Close IT partnering with neighbouring HR IT Teams


• Continuously following-up the SuccessFactors roadmap and deriving actions items

Your Profile

• Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or comparable experience


• In depth knowledge in minimum twoSuccessFactors People Modules


• Experience & Knowledge about Employee Central with regards to Compensation


• SuccessFactors certification is a plus


• Ideally, first experience with AI solutions in the HR domain


• Experience with SaaS and proper handling of tickets with SAP


• Experience working with Agile Frameworks (e.g.: SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, etc.) but as well classical


• Project management methods


• Persuasive communication and strong collaboration skills


• Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
