Zusammenfassung

OHB SE in Germany seeks an experienced aerospace project manager to lead subproject management of sensor development, sensor breadboard, and technology development. You will also oversee an optical instrument in Phase B1/B2/C, plan and execute all related work packages, and secure external funding for co-financing.

Coordinate between development, procurement, product assurance and AIT, maintain schedules, manage stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to the team to keep the development

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Proven track record in connection with a space product.
• Deep knowledge of space instrument programmes.
• Experience in building industrial consortia.
• Sound understanding of Earth observation mission constraints.
• Strong balance of schedule, budget and quality in space projects.
• Experience in technical leadership of project teams.

Your Qualifications

• Very good understanding of the relationship between schedule, budget, and quality in space projects, with the ability to balance these dimensions and set priorities
• Experience in the technical leadership of project teams, particularly in development

• Confident and convincing manner, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Highly proactive, structured, and self-organized way of working
