Job summary

Pandora in Karlsruhe is seeking an energetic part-time retail associate to join our store team. You will engage customers, advise on jewelry selections, and help create memorable shopping experiences that encourage repeat visits.

The role emphasizes service, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment. English skills are appreciated, with opportunities for training and employee development.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented thinking and action.
• High level of creativity, initiative, and commitment.
• Enjoyment of working with people.
• Ideally, some initial experience in retail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Experience working with key performance indicators is also a plus.
• English skills.
