Zusammenfassung

Ecolab is seeking a Working Student in Marketing (20h/week) based in Monheim am Rhein. You will support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role offers hands-on experience across marketing activities, collaboration across functions and countries, and exposure to creative development using Adobe Creative Suite. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Design/Advertising/Marketing Communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support brand positioning and develop training materials and marketing communications across channels.
• Create sales and training collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Manage internal and external asset libraries and ensure branding consistency.
• Apply Ecolab brand standards across all materials with accuracy.
• Proofread materials to ensure quality and consistency.

As a Working Student in QSR Marketing, you will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a fast-paced, international marketing environment and the opportunity to learn how marketing works within a matrix organisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders, support brand positioning and creative development of customer training materials and marketing communication initiatives in a variety of channels including print and digital outlets.
• Develop sales and training collateral; brochures, sell sheets, training aids etc using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Manage current library of internal and external assets.
• Incorporate Ecolab brand standards in all materials and communications with consistency and accuracy.
• Proofreading with a critical eye for quality assurance on all projects.

Your Profile

• enrolled student in Design, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or similar field preferred in Master's program
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding and commitment to customer priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to highly dynamic work environment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, MS Office: Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• Experience with asset Management Systems
• Fluent English language proficiency
